the staff impressed me. they were really good. the accommodation provided was clean, warm, and well equipped. the breakfast service started early at 7am. it was very good.
my room was quite small. i think this is common in this area. the corridor to the bedrooms was very narrow. the noise in the mornings was not acceptable as i could hear constant banging doors from guests.

the room was clean and well-kept. i found the bed very comfortable, assuring restful sleep. the breakfast offered a good variety of choices, and i particularly enjoyed the freshly brewed coffee.
i noticed some noise from the nearby street.

The breakfast included a good selection. The staff were helpful. The hotel has a stylish design. The location is great if you want to visit the O2 Arena.
The air con wasn't working and I was not able to stream Netflix on the TV. The TV had limited capabilities. I found this disappointing
