helpful staff well equipped accommodation early breakfast small room narrow corridor banging door
the staff impressed me. they were really good. the accommodation provided was clean, warm, and well equipped. the breakfast service started early at 7am. it was very good.
my room was quite small. i think this is common in this area. the corridor to the bedrooms was very narrow. the noise in the mornings was not acceptable as i could hear constant banging doors from guests.

clean room comfortable bed brewed coffee
the room was clean and well kept. i found the bed very comfortable, assuring restful sleep. the breakfast offered a good variety of choices, and i particularly enjoyed the freshly brewed coffee.
i noticed some noise from the nearby street.

the location was superb near the o2 arena and greenwich attractions! the pub had a lovely atmosphere. the staff were polite, friendly, and helpful!
the corridor to the bedrooms was quite narrow, though i managed just fine.

the staff members were friendly and helpful. the room included tea, coffee, biscuits and water. i found parking easy and free, a rare bonus.
the tv in my room used wifi, and the connection was not consistent.

good selection stylish hotel faulty air con limited tv
The breakfast included a good selection. The staff were helpful. The hotel has a stylish design. The location is great if you want to visit the O2 Arena.
The air con wasn't working and I was not able to stream Netflix on the TV. The TV had limited capabilities. I found this disappointing
